Welcome

​     My name is Alex Swan, and I am a STEM teacher in the Cobb County School District. I have a Master's in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University.
     I currently teach pre-engineering, technology, and computer science to students at McClure Middle School in Cobb County. My goal is to assist school districts with Instructional Technology, and to develop my own web-based instructional technology for teaching and learning.
    The purpose of this portfolio is for me to demonstrate mastery of the PSC Instructional Technology standards and the ISTE Coaching standards. As you can see, there are a series of links above that you can visit. Of particular importance is the "Standards" link. Under this link, you will see a series of artifacts and reflections documenting my work I have completed during this program. Each artifact represents mastery of the standard under which it is represented.
